  • Achieve Revenue targets through Sales in Govt. Sector– Good Knowledge of Tendering Process & Govt. Procurement Procedures. Has experience in tender /BID/ RFP/RFQ preparation and submission. Capable of building relations and liaisoning at all levels. Should be able to deliver fast.
  • Profitability margins– Ensures Healthy margins for the projects as per direction. Understands financial and commercial aspects of Sales. Develop Monthly Sales Forecasts & deliver on the same.
  • Consistency in Sales & New lead generation Branding– Suspect Mapping, prospecting and maintain healthy pipelines for consistent sales performance. Has good eye for establishing sales potential. should have established enroutes in various govt. departments and PSUs. responsible for brand promotion. He must make the product popular amongst the consumers.
  • Requirement Analysis & Survey– Capable of doing requirement analysis by doing site survey for electronic security systems / solutions. Has knowledge of forming QCBS, BEC, PQ, SOR, SOW, Technical specifications etc.
  • Collection of Payment– Assist project team for implementation and ensures healthy relations with client for seamless collections.
  • Communication– Has good command over written and spoken English. Understand importance of documentation and is able to clearly express & communicate desired message / information.
  • Co-ordination & Co-operation– Should be a positive team player. Capable of doing co-ordination & co-operation at all levels and between various factions both internally & externally. Should have maintained good industry relations with vendors and clients. Should be Process oriented and very high level of Integrity.

  • ESS Requirement analysis, Site Survey, Drawing Study– Should be able to handle independently handle sites like Industrial plants, warehouses, Residential complexes, Tourist Sites, City Surveillance, Hotels, Hospitals, Education Institutes etc.
  • System designing (Bill of quantity/schedule of items); proposal designing, presentations– Preparing Schematic & System Design, proposals on Excel & presentation of solutions. AUTOCAD.
  • Project profitability analysis– Product, cabling & Installation Costing, Overheads Taxes etc. Should be able to estimate the various costs as per the requirement of tender / Client.
  • Product performance and quality analysis (first person to contact multiple vendors), negotiation– Comparison with various OEM’s and Competition Analysis ( Other system integrators)
  • Training of sales team– Imparting knowledge of various new products.
  • Tender Evaluation, Preparation & Online Bidding– Should have worked on govt. tenders & e-bids. Tender preparation, specifications recommendations.
